Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including original shipping costs.

The only cost you are responsible for is the return shipping from your address back to our store. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rouxandtate-boston.com. Once we have received your return request, we will process your refund within 30 days, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
